Your gourmet journey is inspired by the mountains, but takes you far beyond. Marc’s creativity and spontaneity give rise to dishes that delight your palate and leave a lasting impression. It’s not a question of style, but of having the courage to exalt one thing above all: flavour.
The two tasting menus, Leo and Hanni, are named after Marc’s parents, a reminder of the source of his passion for food. This passion is also reflected in his careful attention to sustainability. The attractive, flavour-rich courses featuring intriguing combinations are served with courteous flair in a special dining room.
